H I S T O R Y

Tamara was born the younger of twins, five minutes into the first day of November and ten minutes after her brother. Her mother, Catherine, not exactly coherent after a long labour, named them both October and November. Their father, unconscious on the hospital floor at the time, also wasn't available to offer the necessary common sense needed at the time. When both parents recovered their senses, they didn't have the heart to change what was written on the twins' birth certificates.

The twins at first grew up pretty close, sharing interests, friends, sentences etc. Their closeness was exacerbated by the fact that they moved frequently and were thus unable to settle on having any other friends. However, when they were ten their mother signed a ten-year contract to work for Disney's legal offices, and the family settled in San Fernando Valley. At this point the twins began to grow apart, Tamara following her mother in fascination with every aspect of her job, from the Disneyland park itself to the details of the law and paperwork. Hayden mostly stayed at home, his interests turning towards music as he spent more time with their father.

Tamara began to help out around her mother's office as much as she could, and was soon trusted with simpler tasks such as data entry, filing and coffeemaking. By the time she was fourteen and she and her brother started at Grenada High, she already had her life planned out. She worked hard at school, and once she has finished her Law degree at UCLA, essentially wants follow in her mother's footsteps (though she intends to end up with a much more high-flying career). While she respects her brother's love for music and understands that not everyone needs to work as diligently as herself in school to get where they want to be, she still privately frets about his future.

She lives with her brother's band TEIN at the moment, and while she's dated a little, isn't really interested in a serious relationship with anyone until she's got her career off the ground. Recently she's started having some weird as fuck dreams, which she's putting down to school stress and what the hell apparently it's the Apocalypse stress. She's still pretty sceptical of the whole end of the world thing, and while she's going along with it for the moment, she expects that soon there will be a logical explanation for all of this. Then again, with her brother involved, perhaps logic is a little too much to hope for.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Tamara is somewhere between typical perky cheerleader type, focused on clothes and gossip; responsible young woman; and a bit of a wild girl – the last of which being the aspect her brother's company tends to exaggerate. She's focused and driven, but not to the point of being a spoilsport or making her own life no fun. She takes an attitude to her brother that veers between parental and your usual sibling fun and rivalry, although neither of them are quarrelsome and they have a good relationship even if they've grown up and apart.

A P P E A R A N C E

Tamara is thin and a little on the short side, something that's exaggerated when she stands next to her much taller brother. She wears heels but not too high, and skirts but not too short. While generally a smiling girl, if she's focused on a task she can look almost intimidating in her seriousness. Her hair is reddish, but closer to strawberry blonde than Hayden's.
